  Walked in around 3pm yesterday to get a tour of the facility with my son and the lady at the front desk came to open the door and in a way blocking it so we couldn't even come in. Asked to get a tour, she proceeded to say she can't because the kids were napping. I said ok that's fine well can I get some info or a pricesheet and she said no she doesn't have any of that info. I felt offended in a way like she didn't want to help me because I was a dad, I just don't understand how you don't have any info on the facility you work at. Does she treat all males that come in there like that? Well she/They lost my business .
